Arcana Imperii - Wolf Roleplay « Result #2 on Mar 2, 2009, 7:39pm »
Arcana Imperii is the most realistic fantasy wolf roleplay that you will find. Arcana is a fictional land based on the Grand Tetons. Why not take a small look into the lives of the wolves of Arcana? Pack life is changing for many, some views are diverging from the ways of old; though the wolves and half breeds of Arcana Imperii are extreme in their views of tradition. The powers, once seen as a sickness by many and curse by others have mutated into the DNA of all Arcana Inhabitants. The infection is now hereditary, most of the 'powers' or infections are now safe; however some lethal genes still exist- - dormant in the blood of some wolves and half-breeds. Mount Aracan and Imperii, are still and will forever be seen as the worst and yet most beloved of places. For they alone are the first places of life in this world, they also were the first to take in by the thousands when the infections first spread. However dissent is breaking against the old views and the new generation takes power from the old; a hunger, a thirst for more than ever plagues the minds of the young. Eternal life, they seek; destined to never archive it. Yet you cannot tell them that, for they know all; and are unsalable in their reasoning.
the Candida Pax - the Nuquerna - the Mala Fidea There are three Wolf or Wolf hybrid packs. These packs are the corner stone of Arcana, while smaller ones do exist if you seek prominence within the lands they are where you should go. Two of the packs have made themselves wolf one, one the Nuquerna accepts and welcomes half breeds otherwise known as "Woad." We are looking for an Alpha of the Nuquerna Pack. Auditions will be held soon.

but in rising everytime we fall
First, the humans made this zoo a dump for their unwanted canines. Then, when they became fed up with the barking, they came back and destroyed what they had set in motion. Law enforcement, employees of local human societies and pounds, and even civilians ambushed the zoo. Terror sprung up in the hearts of every canine that called the zoo home. It was an onslaught.
The humans impounded as many dogs as they could, killing some who were observed to be aggressive to the point of danger. The dogs who escaped ran in all directions. The humans flushed the entire zoo of its canine inhabitants. Not a single dog remained when they'd finished their job. When all were gone, some of the civilians set fire to the old wooden booths at the head of the zoo. Fire licked the front of the zoo, leaving behind charred markings on the gates and exterior. They boarded up the front gate and wiped their hands clean of the place.
Five years passed without a canine setting paw on the road that ran in front of the zoo. Inside the walls of the zoo, nature took its course and the zoo became a wilderness preserve in its own sense. Wild animals, such as deer, moose, rabbits and the like, found their way in through storm damaged walls. The foliage of the zoo flourished with no dogs present to tarnish it. Then, in the winter months following the fifth year mark of the invasion, dogs began to return. Their ways were timid, for some of the dogs had been present during the raid. They dared to bring their current family and friends back to the place where they had lived once upon a time. These dogs discovered openings in the glass plated walls of the conservatory. Clearly, this had happened during the human's invasion, and they'd not realized the conservatory connected to the main portion of the zoo. Via this entrance, the dogs were able to rediscover portions of the zoo that were still livable.
After many nervous days and nights, the dogs came to realize they were home.

Plot:
~Congratulations, you've been accepted to our wondrous establishment of learning!... That said, all who applied (and many who didn't) were accepted. Why? Our demon headmistress is a nut case, our sex ed. teacher is a succubus, we have a torture chamber for a detention hall, and we have teachers who, until recently, had no idea what they're teaching! It is a school built for "the noble pursuit of education" and open for chaos... Welcome to Sukara's Academy for Beasties, Baddies, and Oddballs!
Plot: War, Death, And Rebirth; A Return To Things Past ~Three hundred years before the school opened, a war occurred. The war was short, but bloody, and many were lost. Once side wished to rid the world of humans and all manner of creature birthed from them; the other, a group unwilling to allow such slaughter, fought back. The Academy was once a manor that was the epicenter of all the fighting. It was home to the leaders of both sides. They were ill-fated lovers, and one had to die. In her grief, Sukara, the leader for the good, killed Gaji but kept his soul in a sword that hangs on her waist to this day. ~That is all well and good, you might say. Unfortunately, no. All is not well in the Academy. Gaji's followers abound, ready for the chance to revive their lord and begin the extermination again. Sukara is as strong as she once was, but she is crazed in her old age, unable to stay lucid for a whole conversation. She can not fight him. What will happen in the upcoming conflicts?
The leaders, Bloodstar of BoneClan and Jasperstar of PeakClan, controlled the Clans of the Land. They commanded their warriors expertly, driving them into battle, whether it was in defense or in an offensive movement. They were not the first leaders to participate in this bloody war. No, there were many, many leaders that had come before them. This war was generations old, with no end in sight. Both Clans had turned into instigators; neither wanted to surrender, but neither also knew what had sparked the initiation of the war as well. It had been so long ago, that the felines here had long since forgotten why they fought. Nobody challenged their leader's decisions, instead following them with precision. Each side was just as determined to prevail over their enemies as the other, and now because of this, it has driven sanity from this realm.
Above are the Clans of the Sky, ruled by two warring Clans as well. They are NovaClan and AbyssClan, the warrior ancestors of the Clans of the Land. These Clans are composed of warriors that have fallen into the hands of death and joined these other felines in the skies, only to continue their lives fighting one another. Like the Clans of the Land, they must eat and fight to survive. If they fail these two simple tasks, then their souls cease to exist. But even after these felines lose their lives to join their fallen comrades in the skies, nobody dares challenge why they fight. Why do they fight? What began this horrible bloodshed in the first place? Nobody knows. Perhaps you can join them and find out.

In a city abandoned by humans three packs are at war...
Tenshi, the pack of good, peace-loving dogs formed to fight the Mikiri, the pack of dogs who wanted to rule the city. And then there was Hiken, the pack of neutral dogs who chose not to fight. They simply wanted to find and end to the wars between their two counterparts.
And then a war came and the leaders of the three packs were killed, sending everything into turmoil.
In the midst of the confusion Romano, a young and strong dog, rose up to take command of the Mikiri pack. As soon as he held that position he waited for his pack to recover while he made plans to take over the city and forests alike. Soon, everyone would be under his rule. But he wanted the other two packs to recover as well. Winning would not be as fun without someone to see him gloat.
And so the packs have ceased fighting as Tenshi and Hiken wait for their new leaders to arise from the chaos.
In the meantime, Romano and the Mikiri dogs are plotting a takeover...
