Yup as you see there are some lands to claim. The Night Scapers really rule over all of the Raven City which is free to everybody to roam. .

When claiming land you must make a post on the board, I will accept it depending on whether it is good or not. Once I have accepted it you can go ahead and make pack rules, post notices and ranks etc.

And I don't mind the term, Pack or Gang being used. I believe there is really no wrong one.
